Hello recently had cylinder 3 misfire I changed the plug and tried to swap the coil pack from cylinder 1 that was working to cylinder 3 to see if it was the coil pack still nothing. Code reader reads misfire in cylinder 3 bunch of ignition codes and bad crankshaft sensor? Any help would be much appreciated truck still starts but only for a little while before check engine light starts flashing then have no power

Any way you could post all the codes you are throwing?
It might help narrow down the possibilities.

My friends one did that, turned out to be head gasket. Water was getting into cylinder

So I replaced the crankshaft sensor with a brand new one also replaced the spark plug and coil pack cylinder 3 is still misfiring. Any suggestions code reader is throwing code for ignition coil and crankshaft sensor still which I just replaced both brand new parts

Put a camera in cylinder 3. Then put the camera in another cylinder. Compare them. If you see obvious puddle of coolant in 3, it's head gasket. If 3 looks like it's been steam cleaned compared to build up on other cylinder, it's head gasket.

But, head gasket failure is rare on a 2007, especially on cylinder 3. So don't get freaked out yet. Cam is easy cheap way to start diagnosis.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Valve cover and especially the spark plug tube gaskets along with a new coil and plugs fixed my misfire problem

    Rrrrrrr....

My bad OP, I just noticed you had a 2.7, 1GR-FE is my playground, never touched a 2.7. So I'll hand this one over to the 2.7 guys. But scoping cylinders can still help spot a bad head gasket.

Headgaskets often don't show up on compression test. So even if you get 170 across the board it doesn't rule it out.

Usually headgaskets we check for fluid entering the cylinder with a camera after it sits. Sometimes you can see the symptoms on the spark plug of the cylinder. Last we use a leakdown test.

I would swap injectors next if I were doing this at home.

Compression test doesn't hurt and can show things like a broken valve spring, which is rare on those models.
