I recently purchased a 2007 toyota tacoma with 91,000 miles. It had all sorts of engine codes and runs rough. replaced spark plugs which were extremely worn. It helped the rough idle some. has a misfire in cylinder 5. tried the swap coils and plug (before i bought new plugs) have all new now. misfire never changed cylinders. put a compression tester on cylinder 5 was 90 psi checked cylinder 3 that was 140. removed valve cover and made sure intake valves were closed on cylinder 5 and hooked shop air to cylinder and have air coming out intake. I assume the valves are bad. Has anyone else had intake valve issues?

No issues but, sounds like you need a valve job
