Well the sub is in the cubby so tight it doesn't rattle.
I had to cut out the dividers and right side of the cubby as you can see

Well I am thinking about building my own box, something like what you have. Fill in the whole cubby hole on the pass. side. I am not sure what thickness of MDF board to use. Either 1/2" or 5/8". I tried looking around for a box like yours, but nothing come up. It should be fun to try building my own box. just got to figure out how much borad I need and everything else. I am thinking about using a PowerBass thin sub or the MTX thin sub. So it should be fun...

I'd fix you up but I doubt you feel like driving all the way to winnipeg for a sub box

hey tim, i saw a sub box on kijiji in either the gta or ottawa area a lil while ago.

if you do build your own make sure you get "high density" mdf.

has something to do with the glue used to hold the fibres together. i looked into building a sub box and was told to use high density mdf and not the regular stuff from home depot
