Actually, i just looked a little closer at the listing and there is an additional $60 shipping to oregon, thats on top of the $390 and $60 shipping on them to most states. That brings em to $510 for us Oregonians. got mine from Patriot tire on ebay a few months ago. all they have listed at the moment is a bunch of Maxxis bighorns. I think these run about $489/shipped from Tirerack too if anyones interested.
