Can you give me a break down of how you tapped the washer fluid tank?

I've got a Shurflow pump to do my own 50/50 water/meth kit, but I'm not exactly sure on how to tackle tapping the washer fluid tank without it leaking.

I honestly do not remember the exact details- not proud of it but basically drilled a hole smaller than the threaded fitting, and screwed it in knowing how soft the plastic is, I knew it would bore in, make a seal and the pressure would work like an NPT- I may have used some RTV as well.

I want to reverse the mod, restore normal functionality of the wind shield cleaning system. So many times I wanted to hit the spray but didn't want to spray 50/50 mix, wasting it and eating the life of my wipers more. I want to put a dedicated tank in, and am swapping over from the sureflow to an AEM pump. Right now I leave it empty, the setup is leaking after some off roading advantures put my bumper into a dip.

I'm in no rush now because I'm running E85--- soooo don't need water/meth right now. But on the odd tanks of 91, I'd like to have it up and running, my 5vz is very pingy ever since I've had it.

    Still have not twin-charged.

Developed a horrible miss (cyl 6, and if I get on it, OBDII then gives the multiple cylinder missfire). I started to nuke what could be the issue, swapped injectors and spark plugs and about to look at fuel filter and fuel pump. I then changed the spark plug wires and back in business.

Took the opportunity to put in even larger injectors, some 625cc injectors to have head room for E85 plus more boost in the future.

Paranoidfab and OTRATTW switches for the win. Love using an otherwise useless area (cig box) and these switches have Amber lighting, additional lighting when actuated, and custom options (my sc bypass has a labeled switch now).

16watt lolz, more like 6 haha. But I bought the cheapest yellow pod lights on eBay for exactly that reason, I have a plan for these so they do not need to have the lumens of the sun. In fact tested 6ohm, them 180ohm resistors to dim them even more and will likely use 250ohm. These fog lights will double as my front blinkers. In blinker mode they will be dimmed down.

Finally got the Relentless front on
    IMG_20190428_160516.jpg

And some dirty nasty quick Jerry riggin to make the front yellow fogs work as turn signals until my parts arrive to do this better.

LEDs are so effecient, even significantly brighter than the OEM blinker lights, the Ambers still trigger the infamous 'fast' blinker feature of the body ecu to tell u that u have a bulb out (sees LEDs as an open because they draw less current/higher resistance)

Hey man, I'm brand new at this whole Tacoma World thing as I just picked up my new (to me) Yote on Monday. I'm looking for a simple set of wheels just like yours to throw on the truck now and I can't seem to find any of that style that will fit. I love the look of the Pro Comp 51 Series but i've heard that they won't clear the brake calipers. I'm trying to stick with a 16 inch rim as well. Do you think you could point me in the right direction or give me a little info about your wheel/spacer set up etc.
Thank you! Your knowledge is greatly appreciated.

I had some rims I found on summit racing that looked the most similar to my current rims to get a spare but never bought it and can't find it in my browser history. My current rims are freebees from a buddy who got them from Craigslist- they are total unkowns, I couldn't even get a serial number or brand marking when putting new tires on, so I have no idea.

They barely cleared OEM calipers and when I went tundra I had to get the 1.25 spidertrax spacers.

Do you have anymore pictures of the tire carrier? Was it welded at Relentless.

It was straight forward, no real trick to it. I youtubed how to remove the OEM and that helped, and Relentless has some advice on their vendor section.

Do you already have it on hand? IMO they look better in person- they are not photogenic bumpers but in person are better looking. I like the little details too, seem to be well engineered and thought out. Wondering what u think of yours.

I can grab some more. I bought a diy kit on Amazon and had a local guy cut and Tig it, I don't trust me and my mig with that vital weld.

Funny you's two's bumped this thread, I just finished up some wiring in regards to the bumpers.

Yellow pod lights for fogs. Thought hmmm, I want them to function as blinkers too. Bought an eBay fuse and relay box, worked up a xor gate (fancy way of saying like a house light two way switch) relay setup and used some OEM pins and connectors to make a kind-of-sort-of pnp setup where the fogs come on via switch, blink like blinkers when on, blink at a dimmer level when off. Wired the bar light. Still need to wire rear lights and S/C bypass to new switch.

Shout out to paranoid fab for the sick switch mount. Need to get vid loaded of the fogs doing what I described, so stoked it worked.

Oh yeah @Grand dude I still have the one skid, their bumper is designed to work with OE or bolt ons. I could only get one bolt in because the tolerance is really tight and I'm pretty sure my oe skid is tweaked. Had some silver matalic left over so sprayed it.

I think Relentless sends a bunch of extra bolts and washers. The washers are to shim/level. The front wasn't bad at all, but I had to use a lot of washers for the rear bumper so that the tail gate would clear. I also reused a lot of the OEM bolts so I had leftovers.

The brackets go under the center near headlight bottom area. The silver bolts are for the skid.

I used Rust-Oleum bed liner too! IMO the way to go for bumpers, perfect texture and look. I'm going to respray my sliders with it some day.
