They do not. I had some installed at my local spring place.
They did a great job and cost me like 20 bucks.

This may be a dumb question… but which direction does the AAL go? It seems that one end is longer that the other. I’m seeing conflicting info online, one thread said long towards rear, another said to match the tips, but those are completely opposite.

Check the diamond cut end and match up, I believe that goes towards the rear. Match with existing leaves. One end is square cut and the other is diamond.

If I match the cuts, long end goes towards front.

I ended up doing it both ways. Long end towards rear causes weird gaps in the leafs. So I guess it’s decided… match the ends, long end to front.

Getting ready to install these this weekend. All this info is great. From what i can tell the add a leaf gets installed in the 3rd leaf position down from the top, is this correct?

It's deff the third from the top. It was sort of a pain in the but on the first leaf pack but the second one went much quicker. I ended up disassembling the pack in place on the truck. Pulled the lower leafs out left the upper most leaf in place and re assembled the pack with c clamp it took a while but got it done.
