I installed my Dakar medium pack and based on the constant load in the rear of my truck I ended up at around 1.3" of lift (this was planned to come in under spec due to weight: topper + topperezlift, fridge, batteries, sleeping platform, rack etc). I've got a bit more headroom in my garage and can raise up my 6112s another notch in the front (.5" or so), but I'd like a slight rake.

Question is: Would it make sense to get the Dakar AAL (only adds another .5") and maybe Airbags, or go with something like the Icon AAL (1.5")?

Would I need extended brake lines for either of these solutions (I'm thinking no for the Dakar option...?)?

I plan on upgrading to a steel rear bumper with swingout and often carry camping equipment, and sometimes tow a light camper.

    Thoughts?
