Dakar leaf pack/ AAL ?

I have the dakar leaf pack with 2 inches lift and Bilstein 5100's. If I add an AAL with 2 inches of lift, will I need shock mount extensions. Wanting/needing another 1.5-2inches of lift in the rear. What the best/least expensive route to add more lift without having to go with a longer shock?

No, I've got a set of AAL'sthat I bought before I put the Dakars on. They give about 2 inches of lift, was thinking about using them because I need a little more lift in th rear to accommodate 285's.

you can decide if you want longer shocks once you drive it with the add a leaf. i don't remember ever seeing anybody add the non OME add a leaf to the dakars. interested to see what others have to input.

Anyone else have any input or have I finally found a question that cant be answered on TW? Surely not, someone has to have some input on what I need to do.

 

your an 04. get a shackle lift. if you add an AAL it'll ride like a tank.
