I did some damage to my rocker panel when I was pulling out of a parking spot awhile back. There was a short poll that took out the panel on the passenger side. Rookie mistake...

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I could cover this up without dealing with insurance. Any rocker covers or sliders that would cover this up decently?? EEFF7E28-99DC-4071-A66A-1B506FC39231.jpg 409125EE-EC9C-4425-BD0F-90223CEA0BF3.jpg CDD845E7-C2A2-46F8-92A1-2A1DC7E4FD15.jpg

    4 run, 2 don't
Rock sliders prevent it, not hide it.

Wear the damage like a badge of honor.

That’s a tough one. It’s an expensive fix done with body work.

No slider will really cover it up because it would interfere with the doors opening.

Here’s my rocker panel crunch and touch up paint fix

I've had a dent in my side for 5 years, keep telling myself I'll fix it "this year"

honestly if it's not causing problems, leave it be. insurance doesn't give a crap about dings and dents unless you turn them in

If you can cut and weld, go to Home Depot and buy a piece of sheet metal. Shape it over the undamaged portion of the rocker. Then cut out the damaged section and weld it in. A little body filler to hide the joints and the tack welds. I've done this to repair rust. Worked fine.

If you cannot cut and weld, pull it out as best you can (YouTube slide hammer videos) and get some body filler and rattle can.
