    I hate this! The worst part (IMHO) is that they iron the bills of their hats perfectly flat! UNACCEPTABLE! and take the damn stickers off! SO LAME! My roommates and I used to sit up on the top of our apartment roof and wait for idiots like this to come lurking in our parking lot & we'd unload on them with blunt tipped arrows from our compound bows. Looks like you'd have a great shot from your window.
