OK, we've had this 10 yr plan rollin along & this is the year it comes together & thankfully it's still goin down IN SPITE OF the current economic situation. We are both blessed to remain healthy, employed & able to fend off several attacks on our plan over the last few years. The economy is actually benefitting our purchase on interest rate. The struggle has already begun to pay off (new Taco paid in full!) & will hopefully in a couple of weeks play out with CHANGE being the theme with NO HELP from BO! Flipped the old pad profitably within a day & a half & will be movin our asses west a bit for Easter. No more hurricane evacs. New pad is almost done except the pool/outdoor kitchen will be being done after closing. New cave for the Taco to hide in FTW! Test fit it last wknd in it's new hole so technically the first thing moved into the new house was the Taco. Bitchin! Lots of new stuff to do & set up. My focus will be my new 3 hole garage/shop/toybox. Mods & parts ordering on hold temporarily until new shipping address gets on folks' maps. So with this & the 06 xb paid for for one of the kids we are trying to give this economy the kick in the ass it needs to get going again, lol. Here's a peek from last week.....

Thanks guys, it's really starting to hit home now that it's actually happening. My cousin has been our inspector so we got extra shit bolting the thing down to the slab, extra sheer walls on the framing, extra hurricane strapping even tho not by the coast & he even made them redo the foundation stuff before pouring. He's been all up in their stuff as I have all along the way. Gonna be fun. Completely new set of trails for bikes/truck, new county, better hood, all kinda good.

Looking forward to no home remodeling projects....as far as the mandatory ones that is. Been slowly getting the old house in shape to sell for last few yrs & I'm tired of that shit monopolizing my free time. PLAYTIME FTW!!!!!!!!!!
