    Howdy,
Picked up the molle panel for behind Double Cab back seat.
    Planning to install this weekend.
I bought the panel unpainted and plan to paint black this weekend.

Is it necessary to dampen/sound proof behind panel? If so, what’s best material.

    Thanks.

I just threw some Noico butyl down and called it a day. With the seats up nothing else is required in my opinion

Seal around the vents with silicone as well, they rattle and let in noise. Push them in flush first. I put some foam over them and mlv on the center sections, but porbably not necessary
