I bought an 06 DCSB two weeks ago. When it showed up the TPMS light was on. Dealer said it was the weather but then I had a flat. Tires were pretty lame so I put on some cooper ATP 265/75r16's and replaced all 5 sensors. Light was off for a day or 2 then came back in. Had discount reset it yesterday and I'll be dang if it didn't come back on this morning! I went from an 03 4runner to this Tacoma and I sure miss the 4runner NOT having the TPMS system. Hope they can get it right because I am loving the taco other than that! Ok, I'm done, carry on!

Check tire pressure manually to make sure there is no small/slow leaks. I see you also put a sensor in your spare so check that too. If pressure is good than maybe sensors still aren't calibrated correctly.

I am definitely not a fan of them. I can feel when I have a low tire. You can thank the idiots that rode around on under inflated tires in Explorers for TPMS. My light was coming on in cold weather. It turns out the idiots at the dealer did not know that the PSI spec for BFG ATs is 46 not 32. I have a sticker on my door jamb but sure they even know how to read. Next time in my oil change and rotation I made the service writer note it.
