2008 Silver Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x2

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an 08 tacoma trd off-road. Would like to convert to daytime running lights. I'm looking for the l.e.do flasher that replaces 12pin 81980-35020. Also I have ever the plug and play wire harness so I don't want to splice or shave any resistors. Thanks in advance.
