Darling Hydroline Weekend 9 - 11th April (canceled)

Fun time out there Yesterday with @Pat613 and members of The Dusty Crew. Definitely a cool assortment of different vehicles.

I’m also curious about your ZR2 @bzzr2 can’t wait to see you out there — if Toyota offered an MT Diesel Tacoma I’d be all over that lol

 

If there is interest in going to VMUTS in Mattawa this week let me know, I'm thinking to leave Thursday mid morning and come back Saturday.

 

East side of algonquin?

I have been on the west side last fall. Lots to discover there. Nothing extreme, but still interesting.

 

Damn, I’ll be in North Bay the following week (Jul 1st - 4th).

 

Yes the east area! I found the logging company had removed a bridge but the workers I met 2yrs back coming out from my bushwhack route seem to have made it passable for atv’s and smaller trucks . They had started a trail, i pulled their markers down.. the park will cut this off if ppl do what these ppl do…. The park had given me the go ahead to bushwhack this route. As for driving, if not of 1st nation’s heritage park wardens can be dicks when exploring the park raods.

 

I already have some plans this weekend but I am seriously interested in checkout out VMUTS this summer. How are the trails there? I find their website difficult to navigate.

 

Anyone is welcome. Lots of different trails to pick from with different difficulties.

 

I’ve never been on the trails in there so I am not sure what to expect.

 

Once you pay for the annual access, you should get a pretty good map from them. They are rated, so you will know which ones are easy or harder.
