Ya, didn’t you hear there is new club protocols where each member is required to wear safety equipment when participating in 4WD events :D

@oostroma front and rear recovery points, water and food for the day and common sense is all you need.

@bzzr2, is there still snow or ice on the ground?
I was thinking, if conditions are easy, we could even do part of the calabigie line.

I know one mud hole at the east end is gonna be really big, but we can start from the west side towards the east and even exit in the middle.

Correct, not camping. Any idea what the meet-up point will be on Saturday morning, and time?

I think the best is to meet by wabun lake. In terms of time, maybe 10.30, to leave by 11am.

We can do a hiking trail after the darling line, or Sunday morning, depending on how tired we are or if we have time.
    What do you guys think?

Same. JR may have to be back on QC before whatever time their curfew is now, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.
10:30 @ Wabun Lake sounds good!

This is looking like we will be able to camp all together at wabun lake, but on the river side.

Please be aware that there is a lot of areas without cell phone reception. I am not sure if wabun area has reception.
In any case, let's have the radios on, on Friday night on channel 4.

Possible camping areas will be the ones in green. I have never camped there but of4wd has the one of the left as a camping area.
