oh your fine. You won't here anything right away then youll get shipment and find out its almost there. The joys of ordering overseas. I did not hear anything for almost a week.

Yeah, no antenna solves it, except then I have no antenna :(

I’m not using CarPlay. I prefer the more robust apps in full Android on the unit. Gaia and Waze w/ Spotify integration for example.

So a problem I have been running into, is that my radio will become very staticky after a couple minutes. Does not matter the station or how far way I am, if I have a local station on it will be fine for a couple minutes, but then just gets very staticky like I'm out of range. If I switch the station back and forth it comes on clear for a little but then gets staticky after a while again.

I think I figured the static noise out, it seems to be the Bluetooth connection. I turned it off and static went away...can anyone else want to reconfirm this?

No bluetooth noise on my install. On the harness there is a standalone ground wire, in addition to the ground wire that exists in the main harness. Did you attach this? I attached mine to the bar that runs behind the A/C controller.

Hi guys, can someone help me to get wireless CarPlay to work in my unit? I already Linked my iPhone to the Bluetooth app but when I open the Zlink app to open CarPlay nothing happens. It works great with wired CarPlay though.
May be I’m doing something wrong?
By the way I have the head unit with the $30 extra chip.
    Thanks in advance!FF39E7AC-CBDF-43EB-B834-023B0CE777B7.jpg

So when I paired mine to Bluetooth, I waited on the Bluetooth screen for 30 seconds (after pairing) or more and a pop up came up on my phone stating if I wanted to use this for CarPlay. Once I did that, it connected wirelessly to zlink.

Make sure it's enabled under bluetooth.

Also check if you are connected to bluetooth. Sometimes it does not connect. It works most of the time but more often then not it takes longer to connect or the BT is not connected.

Thanks for your reply, I waited like 2+ mins in the Bluetooth screen and nothing happened.
It’s connected to the HU but doesn’t recognize the radio as a wireless CarPlay player however when I unpair the Head Unit it appears in CarPlay devices but when I choose it it doesn’t do nothing either phone or the head unit.
    I’ll contact Dasaita.
    Really appreciate your help.

This happens when the phone is unpaired.

I did ground the stand alone wire, but ground it towards passenger side where it seem to be a bundle of ground wire. If you have success with that ac location I might just change it to see if there’s a difference in static. Do you have a picture of where you mounted the ground exactly? Thanks in advance
