I believe all of them. Only 2 of mine are illuminated. I need the bulb size for the ones to the left of the steering wheel and bulb size for the ones down with the A-TRAC button under the stereo. Any ideas what they are? Mine are green, not orange.

They all do, except fog light, from what I remember reading awhile back.

Crap! Mine doesn't but I have 3 others that do. I have an OR so all my slots are filled but only 3 illuminate.

I was totally wrong! Here's mine:
    IMG_2762.jpg
Is the mirror, Traction, DAC and RSCA supposed to be illuminated?
Is the inverter letters/numbers supposed to be illuminated?

I have modded my mirror switch to illuminate, but it is not backlit from factory. The DAC and Traction off switches should light up.... Pull them and replace the bulbs with LEDs

This thread intrigues me. My truck is an 09 and I’m almost certain my switches light up orange. I couldn’t tell you which ones light up without checking at my lunch. And yes, the non lit 4x4 switch annoys the hell out of me. That and why didn’t Toyota add a dash indicator or change the color of the switch letting me know when the fog lights are on? I did the “fogs on anytime” mod years ago and I’ve left them on numerous times because I’ve forgotten...

They changed the color from orange to green in 2012, I think.
There not being a fog light warning light is odd. All other vehicles I've owned have gave you a light that says the fogs are on.

Exactly. And thankfully I did the “fog lights on anytime” mod so that they don’t have constant power, just anytime the ignition is on. But still, I don’t need them on when it’s bright and sunny outside because I forgot to hit the switch...

The FJ cruiser fog light switch has an indicator. You will need a different wiring connector and add a couple wires.

I don’t think two of mine are backlit on my 2009. The power inverter and the power mirrors. The white color of the writing on both of those looks different than all the ones that are backlit.

i did a cheap light up mod for the 4x4 indicator. i basically re-used one of the old sockets from the dash bulbs (mine were all out when i bought it used) and just soldered two leads on a bulb and connected it to the ac controls lights. its not super bright but now i can at least see the 4L 4H lite up

I’ll eventually get around to doing a lighted mirror switch and 4x4 switch mod. I’d like to do a fog switch with indicator when turned on and light the power inverter switch if it’s possible. Then when I add a switch for an LED light bar next to my fog switch I’d have all my switches backlit. But that does leave me with one empty space since I have a TRD Sport so maybe I can find another fun switch to add.

Replacing everything worn, broken, and rusted.
Glad Im not the only one with burned out diff lock and fog switches. Ordered LEDs from super bright leds. And my God they were a bitch to pop out. Hard to reach and get leverage.

This. If you look closely, or for us old guys, with some magnification, you can see that some of the buttons are pad printed with ink. Those are not back lit. Some have translucent plastic that forms the letters and symbols on the button. Those are back lit or should be.
