    Too much.
No idea. I ended up switching to something more centered mountwise.

What? Was it the bendy thing that mounts to the mirror stem? It's about $100.

That's the one. The 3d printed one was good, but the TSS module got in the way.

Hey, dude can you float me a loan? Just kidding. It'd be hard to spend $100 on that.

I have a Thinkware f200, front and rear cameras. I drilled the hole a little bigger in the Thinkware mount and used the GoPro mount. On a side note, it recorded the tech at my "ex" dealer running the crap out of my truck.

I'd hate to see someone lose their job but did you show them the video?

Thats an odd place on the windscreen to ban mounting... to the right of the rearview? That seems like the one place that would not obstruct driver view.

Law makers are asleep at the wheel.

I tried but they didn't care, so we purchased our new Rav4 last Friday st Seeger Toyota here in St. Louis. My family had purchased 4 new cars in the last 5 years at the other dealer, obviously that means nothing.

I feel you. I had a fight with DirecTV last night over $15. And I've been with them for 15 years sending them $100 to $150 per month. They like to call you and offer something for free, you decline, they give it to you anyway, you don't know it's on your bill and you don't watch it. Then they start charging you when the free trial runs out. I'm so ready to cut the cord. That's my rant. Sorry.

The rear view mirror itself blocks more of my view.....when at a stop sign, I have to duck down to see the car to my right.

You must be a tall Mofo... I don't have that problem personally. Then again I am only 6ft even.

Either that or I am just slouching and you are sitting up straight! :p

Obviously I can't see through your camera but as you're sitting in the truck, is the cam lens on the left side or the right? I'd think it would have to be on the right or you wouldn't be able to see through the dots. But if the lens is on the right can you see the road as mounted. Others I've seen that use that Shapeways mount have the lens on the right.

It was on the left at first, but the TSS module blocked the left a little.. the dots are not an issue if aimed properly. I switched to having it on the right after a week, then switched to the blend mount so it would be centered (I'm OCD like that)

I know. I want the Blackvue DR900S for the 4K but I like how the Thinkware F800 Pro mounts better but it's "only" 1080P. I thought I already had ordered the 900S but it was still in my cart. I think I'm gonna finish some of the other truck projects that I have going before I decide.

What is the blend mount? I thought there was only one of those from Shapeways. Is there more than one for the 900s?

The thinkware f200 has the lens on the right. I also wired it into the fuse panel using micro taps. No soldering or cutting wires. It took me less than an hour to mount , run the wires and power it up.

Blendmount attached to the mirror. I stopped using the go pro mount.

Did you flip it over. Firmware allows you to change the record orientation... I have my connections on the left which puts the lens on the right (when looking from the inside). I just set the camera to record in that orientation in the software.

I did. I just didn't like having it over there out of reach, and like having it centered unobstructed.
