Dash cam wiring info

I have a dash cam that I received as a gift and would like to install it by plugging directly into the back of the rear view mirror. I searched and found an adaptor that someone had used that does this. The company I found that was selling them on Amazon shows none available. Anyone have an idea who else might supply something like this. I believe this is the adaptor I would need.

 

China is out of comish. Probably the brunt of the problem

 

Yes, a bit of a shit storm going on. Thought maybe someone closer to home might manufacture something and have them available.

That’s the exact one I used, when I first looked it said unavailable, then the next week it said it was like a 2 month wait so I just ordered it and it showed up 2 days later.

I researched and couldn’t find another company that makes the same style.

Does it work as claimed, direct plug and play off the dash cam?
