My son just bought a 2004 And we can’t get the dash lights to work. We have checked the obvious thing….fuses, is it possible that the lights have blown or the dimmer dial is bad? Not sure which direction I need to go

Easily possible that the dimmer dial is bad or has come disconnected. Or the bulbs themselves could be burned out or rattled loose. Next step will be to pull the cluster out and inspect behind it.
