    It's not as easy as people think
    I was just having this conversation with @SeattleCoug rhe other week.

    Basically Toyota has moved some of the indicator lights on the dash around between the 05-11 model of the face you want to swap to your 15
    Even the 12-15 are different

    And then people have tried to swap out the whole cluster (board) and it plugs in the same but it's also wired differently. The speedo won't work and gas gauge

    These aren't oem. But they're not too back

    20161025_194217.jpg All done but will have to tear it apart again to fix my odometer and 1 needle. People learn from my mistake and buy EXTRA LEDS. I fried a few and hado to use some old ones.

    3" lift. 33" tires. Headlight Retro, intake, exhaust
    mood for winter. now is front clear plastic on gauge cluster removeable? somebody scrached it when they were cleaning it when dealership had it and i want to replace it. wonder if i can just get new one or polish it out

    Yoshi, which part # are those LED's? Are they the PLCC-2 SMD ones? That's what I'm thinking, just want to make certain. Lighthouse is much cheaper than Oznium lol

    yep, you can get just the plastic piece. several years ago it was like $20 at the dealership

    Yep.
    It's secured with tabs, push them in one at a time and work your way around. Once you get the assembly out you'll see.
