Same issue, only happens in cold weather and once the cab and foam stripping that meets the windshield warms up, the dash rattle goes away.
I also put a 4” piece of leather bootlace in the seam between the A pillar and the dash and that particular rattle totally disappeared.

that's not a bad idea. I've resorted to trying to get the adhesive to stick again so combination of superglue and epoxy for me.
