    I 'm still working on it but I want the power outlets to be 2 USB-A (I'm considering USB-C) in an enclosure that bolts directly onto the DMM, with the wiring going through another one of the DMM holes so that you won't need to drill any additional holes.

    That’s correct. I don’t plan on changing the location of the holes on the DMM any time soon.

    I have a Proclips mount (came with the truck), but i dont like how i blocks the vent and makes the radio controls iffy to just reach over and hit. so i like this approach better

    I’m not familiar with those but this DMM will not have any of those issues, as long as you’re ok with drilling.

    Loving this so far. I ran a USB C and lightning charging cable through 2 of the mounting holes to a 12v dual USB plug. Splicing the USB C cable was way more of a bitch than the lighting cable. I only have 1 ram mount for now I wanted to see how it all looked first. Thanks @FreshMexicanTaco IMG_20181103_094855.jpg

    I am currently looking for a way to solve this, I have a charging cable running through the holes too but Im trying to find a solution that is as clean as the DMM itself...
    yours looks good but like you said splicing those isn't very easy so I can't sell something that REQUIRES that...
