I'm very interested to see what the USB power solution ends up looking like...

Scanned through real fast but has anyone used this to mount a faceplate for a ham radio yet? Specifically the Icom 2730a

What size drill bit do I need for this install? I don't have a number 10. Im thinking 5/32 or 3/16

 

I used 3/16 and it was a bit tight so I kind of wiggled it around to get the holes slightly wider. Worked great.

The holes don’t need to be exactly the right size, once you tighten down everything the loads spread throughout the DMM pretty well, 3/16 is just a bit smaller than #10 but it should work.
