Dashtop Single Mount and DSM Kits

It’s been over a week and I haven’t received any shipping info as well

 

Ordered and haven't got my confirmation of shipment

 

Nobody heard anything yet?

I placed an order on the 8th, nothing back yet. Says on the website orders after 1/7 will ship in about 5 days. Maybe busy, but doesn't look like he's been on TW recently.

 

I hear ya, I ordered on the 5th.

 

I ordered the DMM on 1/1 and got shipping confirmation on 1/7. Seems like they are about 1 week from order date

 

4 whole days.?

Guess I am.the old.fart who is going to do the back in my day story...

Used to be a time before the internet that it could.take 4 to 6 weeks before your mail order.item would arrive. .

And 7 to 10 days was not uncommon pre Amazon before you would even get a shipping notice.

And yes I walked uphill both ways in the snow and rain to school lol

 

I'm old enough to remember those days too. But these days, aren't those days. Four days is twice as long as he told me it would be and it's been six days now. At the very least, respond to a message.

Got tracking info from FMT, along with an apology for the delay. I appreciate that, all is well in my TW. Looking forward to getting it installed.

 

I've been preparing shipments ahead of shipping I did fall behind because of a reason that does not excuse the delay but even the most recent orders will be shipped out by Wednesday AT THE LATEST, by Wednesday I should be caught up to all orders up to that point. I shipped a large batch on Thursday and another on Friday.
Sometime the emails with tracking go to your junk mail folders, my website is relatively new and sometimes the servers tag it as spam and such.

Sorry for the delay and THANK YOU ALL for buying from me, I really appreciate your support, I don't know if I say that enough or not but Thanks.

 

Mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. It will be dark when I get home, but I'll probably install it anyway. Lol.
I will post some pics as I install.

Just ordered a DSM and DMM to try out in my truck in a couple different ways. Pretty excited to try them out!

Picked mine up today & installed today! Very nice, thank you Fresh Mex! I used a small vise grip to handle the holding job while drilling. Now I can stop picking up my phone when googling directions.
