I actually just saw the pics of your kids in your tires lol. Saw the 35 thread before coming back to mine. I've gone through that entire thread probably 4 or 5 times. Congrats on the 35s though, cant wait to see them installed.

I haven't been nice to mine rotating them at every oil change like I should, but they are still wearing pretty even for an aggressive tire. Mine aren't feathering much and I could rotate them to even them out again. My tires have zero chunking and slashes. Others have said they wear out fast, faster than other brands, but I disagree. Maybe the secret is finding the right pressure, because my truck is a daily driver and I travel 63 miles per day and mine still have probably 80% tread left.

Street manners are great even in wet weather. Off road they just hook up. Wheeling Pilot rock I had limited wheel slip and never had to take a second run at an obstacle, where my friends truck with Hankooks had to retake lines or had a lot of wheel slip. They air down and flex well over rocks and ravine walls. This is the best tire I've had and I plan to keep buying them.

Check out www.tirecrawler.com cheapest place I have found MT/Rs and they will ship them for free to a Allen Tire installer. Good luck and stay safe.

Glass is actually pretty strong, ask Wyatt, he laid his truck over on his glass fenders going through the gatekeeper and his fenders held the weight of the truck without cracking or breaking. I would recommend calling Tim at DMZ, he has OCD when it comes to mounting glass fenders and I think he charges about $300.

Yah I need to figure out a good wheel that has the backspacing that I want. I guess I've just never been a fan of fiberglass.

I've decided to get another bike instead of the tires for now. I'll use it as a daily driver to and from work. 12 bucks on gas a week beats 60-70 a week. A buddy of mine is just looking to get rid of his loan he has. $1,825.00 for an 07 zx6r with 12k miles. An offer I just couldn't pass up.

Just put the limit straps on today, toward the rear. Still need to lift the truck up and measure out where they need to be.

For those of you who follow and are considering the vinyl wrap on your truck...

Noticed a couple scratch marks where the vinyl wrap has been pulled up a bit. Started searching more and found several razor blade slashes deep into the metal. I spoke with the company that did the wrap, and they were cool about it... The wrap is getting removed and everything will be getting repainted where the damage is. The whole truck might actually get painted depending on how many cuts there are and where they are at. I called several different installers about half of them said that they do this.

If you plan on vinyl wrapping your vehicle, I would find out if they do this first. It'll save you a lot of time, money and a headache...

Damn, my paint is fuuuukkked so I was considering wrapping if I keep it. That's too bad to hear that there is potential for cut lines into my clear coat... That may or may not exist at this point.
