I installed a Daystar Polyurethane Strut Spacer on top of shack absorbers. Replaced the Struts upper and lower ball joints etc. at the same time. Everything torqued, double and triple checked. The a front end alignment.
When I got over a bump the truck makes a noise like the suspension is is loose. Everything tracks fine, no shimmies or shakes, runs fine at speed it just sound loose.
I'm wondering if this an attribute of the poly spacer kit and if I should have used a solid spacer.

    Helpful thoughts??

Big spacer like that will make the UCA contact the spring. That's the noise you're hearing. Eventually your ball joint will fail

Thanks Chris, there is over a half inch of clearance when the suspension is bottomed out.

Are you in Lago Vista? I live there too.

Do you mean bottomed out or drooped out? Jack the front end up and let the front wheels droop until they are completely hanging and off the ground. Then see if your UCAs are touching the coils.
