I added some LED's along my grill by tapping into the daytime running lights. I tapped into the green wire and it works fine however when I turn the headlights on I lose power to my LED'S. Weird because the power stays on to the Daytime running lights so ANY idea why>

The led drls on my Tacoma dim when the headlights turn on, so if you tapped in that connection, it would make sense that those lights would dim. Unless you don't have the led drls....

OP, could you give a little more info? Was this a LED kit with resistors, or did you just buy some LED strips and install. Also, what truck do you have, do you have LED DRLs. The more info we have, the more we can help. Right now I would say it is a voltage load issue.

Thanks team...I figured it out. There are two different Power sources going to the LED's DRL's on the 2016 Tacoma. When you go from just DRL to all lights it switches power sources so just needed to tap into both.
