DB Customz 2016 Custom Grille Insert supplied by Trail Toys

I would like to see more cuts without the 3x3 cutouts and raised red lettering like the previous designs.

 

I'm sure DB is working on options. I'll pass along the suggestion to have the options that are available for the previous year grilles.

Awesome grille! Are you working on any other designs as well? I was curious to see if anyone was going to inset the grille like the 4Runners a bit instead of making it flush with the front end in addition to getting rid of the chrome trim. I'll be moving to Navarra area Jan-Feb, if your shop is local would love to check it out. Thanks.

 

Here's the new grille on a 2016 at the local dealer. I sure hope DB took a few pictures showing the whole truck.

 

Not sure how i feel about this grille. Might just be the bad shots and angles.

 

I'm thinking if the Toyota was a different color to break up the solid black and they used black cubes instead of white it would look much better. Looks good regardless but that might look better

 

DB will be color matching the grille area behind the TOYTOA plate, so you're wish is granted.

OK, I'm back guys...It's been hectic in the last three weeks...Moving shops, Orders, CAD work, etc...
A little about the 2016 Tacoma Grille. I designed and engineered the grille insert so you don't have to cut anything on the grille. Who wants to cut into a $40K truck right! Simply remove 6 screws to the chrome trim and snap the center out. The insert is tabbed and falls into place. The grilles are a little bit more expensive. The running time on the WaterJet is driving the cost. I am trying to find corners where I can lower it. The above picture is my first design. I will have 3 designs for the 2016's.
1. Double Cubes with TOYOTA or TACOMA overlay
2. 20" Bar
3. TOYOTA or TACOMA Overlay with no cubes

We can however color-match the letters to the vehicle before the overlay is secured to the grille.

 

This is an example of color behind letters we did for the 4Runners..db

 

If someone orders a silver pls post a pic. That red looks sharp, provides a nice pop of color.

With the larger grille design on the '16, that probably wouldn't look too good.
