Hey, does the grill here (http://dbcustomz.com/products/new-2012-2015-toyota-tacoma-led-cube-grille-insert) with the '3x3' cut outs fit the D2 from rigid industries? The lights measure 3 3/16" x 2 15/16". Is that close enough or are your cut outs very tight?

Lastly, the option of large or small 'Toyota' letters, can you attach a picture of what they actually look like? The website isn't clear on which the picture shows.

Yes fits both Rigids and Baja Designs. Still a little room if you want to snap protective covers over the lights..

Would you say there are 20" between your two lights? Like would a 20" light bar fit behind the grill between them maybe?!

 

there is 16.75" inside/inside of the two square lights and 23.25" outside/outside.

 

What price is the grille in the upper left photo? Large TOYOTA, no light holes...
