I installed a prewired harness and switch from SUperbrightleds.com...works awesome...https://www.superbrightleds.com/cat/wire-harness-relay/

Got my cubes and installed them..no pics because it's too dark right now. All I can say is those things are bright as hell!!! Will post pics tomorrow. The only comment I have is that the light covers don't seem to fit when installed in the cutouts. Not really a big deal.

It's dark? Sounds like the perfect time for a shot showing the output. :D

I did notice that the covers touch the opening in the grille just a bit. If it's too much of an interference you could easily take a dremel to the slot. I was able to get my covers to fit without trimming though.

Not an issue with the covers. Here are some pics...massive lense flair included. Lights up the neighborhood!20151005_202621.jpg 20151005_202633.jpg

The video was done for the newer 2012-2015 Tacomas, so there is little variances on clip placements. I am including extra corner clips 4ea for a snugger fit. Thanks for the inputs. If you folks out there need extra clips from this group buy, let me know, and I'll mail it out...danny aka DBCUSTOMZ

That would be great Danny, I'd appreciate that.
Can't wait to install the lights tomorrow.

May I get some extra clips too, please?
I got my lights today as well, thank you.
How are you guys adjusting the beams for your cube lights? Even with your low beams? Below you low beams. like fog lights?
I have a 30" lower valance light bar which does a pretty good job of lighting the front area but misses the front corners so I'm thinking of angling the cube lights out toward the corners.
Im just not sure so I'll probably be standing around in an open field at night trying out different beam patterns...while dropping tools in the dirt, hitting my head on the bumper while looking for them ect.

I don't ever think I would run these with my headlights on. Check it out and send some pics. I'd be interested to see the pattern. I live in a suburban area so I won't get to use the often enough.

I plan on running the cube lights with my headlights on, my HID fog lights on and the 30" light bar fired up as well....just because I can. When you are out in the middle of nowhere at night, high performance lighting is like money...you can never have too much.

We can take care of that, no problem. :D

I'm assuming TONKA needs to be powdercoated yellow, correct?

DB is ahead of the game this time. He's already working on the 2016 grille!

I would love to see a tutorial on how to wire the trail toys lights and what other stuff needs to be ordered to do so.
My truck isnt here yet but want to get everything I need ahead of time so I can be ready to install the grille w/ lights.

I like the fact that you're pretty excited that you are getting stuff ready before your truck is even here.
If you are planning on adding on more electrical goodies, I'd suggest looking at installing an Spod first. You'll only need to route one wire to your battery and ground. Everything else will simply connect to the Spod.
Are you comfortable with soldering and heat/shrink wrap? If not, are you comfortable with crimping end or butt connectors?
The Trail Toy lights are pretty straight forward, I installed some Weatherpack connectors. You don't need the "official" crimper but this will give you an idea of the steps involved to see if you are comfortable with the process https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuL5ZU_SviI
If you need more details, just ask, this is a very helpful forum and welcome by the way to the forum and congrats on your new Taco
