While i got a nice early start on the projectors this morning, i got the drivers side back together and when i tightened the bulb jam nut down, it spun the housing and of course the projectors nut was already glued down. Attempted to correct it while it was mounted on the truck and the shroud popped off... sooo back into the oven they go. :annoyed::facepalm:

Since it is still early in the day i may just break em back apart and wait until the sun goes down a bit to really adjust the cut off of the lights better.

Projectors are complete, sans permanant ballast mount. and of course i forgot the clip nuts for the bottom headlight mount location, ill fix that tomorrow.

Install was a bit more challenging than i anticipated, aside from from my drivers side projector being ever so slightly off from horizontal i am extremely happy with the results. the 50w 5500k matches up PERFECTLY to the color output from my Baja Design Squadron Pro's.

The only other light ill want to add is a spot beam or a combo beam that reaches out a bit further than the headlights now.

    Pictures tomorrow.

I had also purchased an electric blanket (12v) to help cut the chill when in bed... plugged it in yesterday, not sure who considers it a warming blanket, it was only warm in a corner ha. return label has been emailed and it is going back!

I am picking up my seat warmers and window visors today though, As long as the seat warmers heat up and warm my toosh ill be satisfied

Well i got the budget seat warmer cushions installed, meh, after 5-10mins they were starting to warm up but i had things to do so ill test em tomorrow.

AVS Window visors installed, no issues there, hopefully when the snow falls ill be able to leave the windows cracked to try and prevent it from being so damn cold in the mornings.

No more updates until October probably, heading out tomorrow morning with my mountaineering class and heading out to Wyoming for 12 days, then 4 days later back out for another 8 days in Colorado.

The brake lines should be showing up soon, on my short break between trips out into the wilderness, im going to install the longer brake lines and do a brake job so that is out of the way and i can quickly get the lift on since i wont have to deal with bleeding brakes then.

Allpro said about another 4 weeks until the springs are done, im hoping very very very much they arrive early in the beginning of october as i have off from September 28 until October 9th. would let me knock out the install, drive around a bit to let it settle in, then get the alignment and new tires on before getting back into school full time again.

This is why you buy a DCLB!!! Makes me want to buy a topper so I can build a platform. LOL

But I also want a bed cage to mount off-road stuff on. Oh it's so hard to decide.....
