Are they a different spring rate? Can the springs be interchanged?

I have a set of fairly fresh DCSB bed springs that I thought about taking my AAL and packing it into those springs to put on my DCLB. My springs have 50k on them carrying a load the whole time. Thay have had the AAL helping but still a constant load. These short bed springs are 18s and have hardly ever seen a load.
