do i need to buy the wiring harness? or is it not necessary for these particular HIDs?

i ran without one and had flickering/one bulb not turning one issues. some guys can run without one just fine, others need them for sure...i'd pick it up anyway, only 9 bucks and it will guarantee no wiring issues

I'm running both my headlight HIDs and my fog HIDs without the wiring harness with no problems.

..Had them like that for a while

I can pick em up later if I start to have issues right? And Im getting the H7 bulb, I ordered the 2nd Gen lights today.

And they're 15 bucks now. haha

yea you can grab it later if you need one, they're all the same so you might be able to find a cheaper one somewhere else
