    I have worked on an Excel spreadsheet that I will bring around for all attendees to sign.

    Does 1pm still work for everyone?

    My plan is to do the ferry to the island at 11am and watch the cannon fire at noon.

    Once that's done, I'll be heading over to Crabby Dicks on the 1pm ferry. (I was told the ferry goes out hourly)
