For those worried about smoking on paved roads, it should be noted a 30 degree slope is approx. 60% grade. Likely not something one will run into too often.

I’ve had the opposite. Angle caused low oil condition. Dealer said normal... too bad.

Someone needs to slowly drive a 3rd gen up Lombard street. If I lived in San Fransisco I'd take one on a test drive up it.

Elaborate? I’m not saying you’re wrong or right but I’ve watched a ton of their videos and they definitely know what they’re talking about. The guy especially. They were semi pro drifters and have done a lot more auto racing than most people. Doesn’t matter to me, really.. just saying that having seen 90% of their videos they seem to be more than capable and experienced.

I watched several of their Jeep videos and they basically had no idea what they were doing offroad. They may be good drifters but that is irrelevant. Maybe to someone new they look experienced but they are a big joke in most of the offroad circles I mingle in.

Kevin seems like a cool dude but I can’t get passed the nails on the chalk board.

Maybe the videos I recall they were still newbs and were learning. Who knows but I haven’t seen a competent video yet.

Yes I also dislike this channel. I am MUCH MORE EXPERIENCED than anyone who likes these people, all of whom are noobs. I have lots and lots of offroad friends. Me and my offroad friends talk a lot about these random Jeep youtubers and how much we don't like them, it is the biggest joke. We talk and laugh about these people a lot while we are doing the offroad things that we are very experienced in. The guy is ok, we mostly don't like the woman. Not because she's a woman, but for other, very serious reasons related to experience and things they do wrong which I do not need to elaborate on.

Don't worry. It's not nearly the steepest in SF. Just most famous.
