it sorry to hear the proof in the pudding. Wasn't sure what was up with that company but they always treated me well. I've had yeller tops from 2012 and 2015 still cooking. I would be in the same boat if I were you. I know they changed where the batteries were made so I'm sure that has alot to play into it.

With all this hubbub, I got the red top optima last night for a couple of reasons. Marketing or not, it’s still a much better battery than oem for only $50 more. It was also the only battery in my area left that I could pick up same day that wasn’t store brand.

Super happy about it once I popped it in last night. And who gives about being a reliable battery for the price, I got a 3 year warranty on the thing which isn’t different than most other batteries any way. Even Oddesy only gives a 2-3 year warranty for an almost $400 battery.

In the end, this is a major upgrade from the trash oem battery.

Heck yea, rather be a dead battery then figuring out when I can tow my truck to the dealership for other issues. After starting my new job, I have no vacation days to use yet for stuff like this :(

Last time on one of those razor scooters I couldn’t get the handle bars to raise high enough for me haha. I remember begging my dad for one as a kid.

My first battery died at a car wash. Had to walk the batteries (with no handle) 1.5 miles round trip. :(
