Just curios, anyway to remove the excessively large dead pedal on the autos??? I have a 2nd Gen and the dead pedal is very small compared, I'm 6'3 so I can stretch my left leg out on my current but when I test drove the 3rD gen that freaking block seemed to get in the way of my foot going any further. Hopefully I'm not the only tall person that has noticed this.

Can you post a pic of what you are referring to ?

If it`s what I am thinking of then you can pull up the carpet on the left upper side and remove the block from behind it

I don't have a picture, but it's the big plastic piece that is to the left of the brake pedal, basically a foot rest.

I know I can take it off in a 2nd Gen, just wondering if it can be done in a 3rd.

You should have left the original thread title... "Dead Petal" sounds like a bitchin' metal band. Far more interesting than Dead Pedal.

I'm 6'-2" and just put my foot up on top of it at times. There is plenty of room up there for my 14. I do wish at times that it was a tad deeper/further back then it is.

I saw it when I ran power wire from the front battery and it appeared to be removable from what I remember.

Don't believe there is one on the 3rd. It's just built into the carpet.
