    How's your throttle body look? Pop the intake off and run a finger along the inside. Why not get a washable filter lol.

    No thanks on the washable filter! OEM is best, and cheap. No reason to change that

    Disagree! Get yourself an AFE ProDry, they have just as much filtration, but are washable. You've still got your secondary filter anyways lol, you're fine throwing whatever in there. Just stay away from oiled filters.

    I'm not a fan of washable filters, and from my experience they have always had poorer quality. BUT, I've never tried one on the Tacoma so I'll keep it in mind :thumbsup:

    I dunno, my stock airbox came out about a week after I got the truck, but I learned my lesson on the prerunner with a drop in K & N oiled, when I finally pulled my airbox off to replce with a TRD CAI, my throttle body was coated in oil and dust. Ew.

    Spent last weekend fishing Mammoth Lakes. Didn't do any wheeling but still had a blast with family and friends. Also learned a few things: A Trasharoo is not bear-proof :eek: :facepalm:, and...I'm not that good at fishing...:cookiemonster:

    We caught some decent sized trout, and a few perch. It was pretty slow all weekend but we pulled in a handful of 3lbers. Did fish tacos one night and I just brought a couple home that I will be smoking this weekend! :drool:

    The bear just tore my Trasharoo to shreds! I forgot I had trash in it when I went to bed. I'm just glad that's all he shredded up!!
