I'm not up on vegan law, but are potatoes not vegan friendly?

Its not the end of the world but I wouldn't be happy with it either. Just need to find a better dealer. I've have nothing but good experiences with my dealer.

Had the exact same scenario, but the residual oil on my skid plate was worse than yours. How did they make it right you ask? They cleaned up the skid plate and apologized. Neither the service advisor nor the service manager seemed to think there was any issue with the truck leaving their facility like this. I didn't expect them to do anything more than clean up the area, but the lack of care/concern for the quality of work has me using a different dealership now.

    That is no big deal.

My wife and I have a saying, which we generally apply to restaurants: if every place you go is an issue or every small thing sets you off, just stay at home and cook.

A little oil is a minor thing and a normal issue if you don't drop the skid. I had the same problem at home in the past when I didn't drop the skid on our old car. There is nothing to make right here.

Not rotating tires is a big deal. The oil residue is normal for ANY skid with an access hole. Take the skid off, like you did, if grime under the truck bothers you.

That is why I took mine off and then took it in for my FreeBie. This is the first time I have ever let anyone change my oil. I have already bought my oil and filter for the next one.

Probably so he can roll his eyes to the technicians while making jerk off motions.
