lift and warranty has and always will be a grey area.

Yes according to Magnusson Moss act the dealer needs to have proof that your mod caused the fault and then deny warranty. Ok if a dealer tries to tell you a faulty navigation system is your lifts fault the dealer are full of cunts and you should go elsewhere. But if its something that could even remotely be connected to the lift say a faulty CV, vibration when stopping anything that could be pointed to changed driveline angles they will deny you even if it isn't for sure your lift. Its very simple you gave them an easy out and if you really want to take them to court they have bigger and better lawyers than you.

The whole idea you couldn't lift was because the the TSS shit. But its now been concluded that isn't the case.

I had a few dealers tell me an Offroad and sport were the same truck lol.
When I was buying mine I was looking for a tst drive in an offroad and none would give me it. Idiots.

exactly...if your worried about an issue should something arise you need warranty work done, don't lift it. if you don't care, then go for it. I had 400 miles on my truck and changed the needle bearing, lifted, tapped into the high beam wires for ditch light trigger on a relay, and I'm sure there's more. I even got a 7 year 100k mile bumper to bumper. but it was only $1000 bucks and figured in 100k miles that could easily pay for itself with ONE visit for warranty work

other than warranty issues with the engine or trans and my free oil changes I don't plan on ever going to the dealer.
