Lol not only did I have a good dealer experience,
    A good 10K OCI,
I just drove 600 miles on a trip and my truck did not lose any wheels or other parts.

For those new guys reading this, the pro tip is to get your vehicle serviced a few days before your trip, not the night before, that way if there is a problem it will show up locally

In six years when he needs a new battery OP will be wishing that he did the oil change himself

Demand your money back! Tell them you won’t tolerate this type of behavior. They cheated you out of a reason to be outraged. Come on man… outrage is all the rage these days. They screwed you over.

9 years on a motorcycle battery here. It would have lasted longer but my charger/maintainer decided to die one winter and boiled the battery.

P.s. I have no idea how it lasted that long they typically only last 1-2 years.

you bother to use trickle charger/maintainer that means you do care, no wonder it lasted that long, plus cranking a motorcycle engine is less work for the battery.

In the south or anywhere hot, batteries typically dies at year 2, heat kills the battery

Serviced by the dealer AND a 10k oci? There is NO WAY your engine isn't already completely seized up.

It's a big bike. That battery is working lol. Lots of vibrations too that certainly aren't good for batteries. Like I said most motorcycle batteries only last 2 years. It's really weird this one lasted so long.

Kind of refreshing to hear from a new owner on their 1st experience at the dealership quick lube.... thinking all is good.... like your own "happy place". So young, so innocent. Just wait... they'll have you bent over and screaming for mercy in no time! :annoyed:

My dealer's service bay is backed up against a popular fried chicken & fish restaurant. The truck smells like a 15 piece meal after each visit.

...I stopped eating at the chicken joint though. Nobody wants drummies bathed in house-brand synthetic.
