    When i got my truck i made sure it did not have free advertising all over it. when it was getting detailed they tryed to put the sticker on and i made them remove it.

    If a cop pulls you over just act like you didn't know. He shouldn't give you too much crap over it especially if you have your paperwork.

    Not really on topic, but I can't even imagine living somewhere so secluded that it requires an hour drive to get to a Toyota dealership. I can't spit here in Houston without hitting 2 auto dealers! It annoys me when I have to drive more than 15 minutes to pick up some dinner, but to each his own.

    Anyway, congrats on the new truck.

    There are 3 dealers within 20 minutes of my house. And none of them were willing to work with me on price. So I went outside the city to where I could get a good deal. The best part was, the dealership I ended up going to was actually a good experience for me, because they didn't just try and bend me over. They worked with me before I made the drive and we struck a deal before I saw the truck. Very respectful dealership. All the other dealerships wouldn't work with me unless I came in, never replied to my emails for information, didn't search inventory outside their lot, etc...

    I see ppl driving with dealer tags all the time in Cali...I know a guy who drove with dealer tags for an entire year and the only ticket he got was a parking ticket
