I just picked up my new 2011 Tacoma today. I wanted Bluetooth in my new Tacoma so I had the dealer install it before I picked it up. It works with the radio but I can't see how you store numbers and it's not mentioned in the separate bluetooth instructions but it is in the owners manual. Does the dealer installed version not allow you to store numbers and call them with voice commands like the factory installed version?

Does not allow storage of numbers. Voice commands have to be a phone enabled feature.

Have you looked at their website?

I guess I should have done my homework better. I looked at the video on the Toyota website that demonstrates all the features and I don't recall it saying that some features were only available with the JBL upgrade.
