Dealer installing Satalite Radio

Ok so my salesman told me that my truck came with satalite radio witch it does not so now I have a we owe for the dealer to install the Satalite Radio in my OEM radio non JBL next week. So here is my question I know when the factory installs the intenna its on the roof with no visable wire so when the dealer does my add on is the intenna a stick on and will I see the wire running off my roof threw the back window or what ??? Im really ANAL on how my stuff looks and I hope I will not see any wires running down the roof or anyware else for the intenna anyways if you have any expreance with this PLease post up thanks.....
