The dealer I purchased my 4runner at did the same. I purchased as an out of state buyer and they were trying to figure out the tax rate of my home state and said they refund the difference if they got it wrong. Ended up with a $130 check a week and a half later once the registration stuff went through.

OP - hire a lawyer TODAY! They’re obviously never going to pay you. It’s been a week. That’s way too long.

Or, and this is a stretch, maybe their accounting department only cuts checks like these once every week or two. Ya know, like some accounts payable departments tend to do.

So I dunno, maybe stop being such a pants wetter and be patient.

 

I test drove your truck. Ended up not dealing with them . They were like all other bigger dealerships I have dealt with. Ended up at a smaller place .

 

They probaley already spent your money on hookers and blow.
