I don't think it's that. I think it's the feel for the need to bitch and cause a big scene. Sure I'd be a little upset if it was my truck as long as I knew 100% it was caused by them. However I wouldn't post a thread on here bitching. I simply would do 1 of two things. Either go see the service manager and talk with them about it or I would simply not return their for service anymore

I change my own oil and rotate my own tires. There is no way the lowest seniority pimple faced kid at the dealership is going to learn the ropes on my truck.

Secondly, I am not spending MY Saturday morning in a shitty waiting room drinking cheap ass coffee.

But that's just me.
