I strongly recommend Corrosion Free.... It clearly saved the frame on my 2006 Taco. Frame was almost mint in 2016 when I traded her.

I've been using it for 20+ years and get it from a guy who is very anal about vehicles.... This really helps, and I know where he lives, hehe..! I'd say NO to Canadian Tire.....find an independent guy where you can watch him...

It's expensive, yes. Does it work, yes. Even lubricates the whole truck....never any squeaks with leaf springs, no rotted brake lines, etc.... If they do rot for some reason, they will replace them under warranty. I had that done on a Ford van, and rust was NOT the problem...it broke cuz it was crap material.... replaced no questions asked.!

I live in the salt belt of Ontario.... Now they are pouring that liquid Calcium Chloride on the hwys around here.... That shit sticks like shit to a diaper and it's way more corrosive than Sodium Chloride (salt)....!!

If you plan to keep the truck, I suggest do it..... Say NO that rubberized crap...! Trade-in value is way higher when they see you've done this .........
