    It always amazes me when people think because dealer profits from the sale of a vehicle that they're "screwing people".

    Dealerships are like any business. They exist to turn a profit. The people who work there are just putting food on their family's table...just like the rest of us.

    For those you can't stand that....do you not expect to be compensated when you show up to work each day? Do you not deserve to provide for yourself and family?

    Suppose everyday you showed up to work you were met by 20 people who had already decided you don't deserve to be paid for your effort even though they know nothing about you.

    My uncle sold cars for 30 years. He always said, "you know how to tell if a customer is lying? When their mouth is moving".

    People are assholes. It's the reason I got out of the service business

    Agree, he's just playing the same game they play on us. If he can beat them at their own game then I say good for him.

    Ironically the dealer i bought it from went under (hooman toyota in long beach) west coast has since taken over for them
